Join student Ali Seidel Mondays at 7:15pm and Fridays at 12:15pm in the McGowan Wellness Space (MG215) for an hour of yoga. Monday evenings will have a restorative and relaxing element, while Friday will have more flow and energetic elements. No experience or supplies required. Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a mat if you have one. Open to MIIS students only.
