Kayaking at Elkhorn Slough

This Saturday, April 20th, we are partnering with the Outdoor Club to lead a kayaking trip in Elkhorn Slough. Want to see sea otters, seals, birds, and other wetland creatures close up? Want some time out on the water in a beautiful setting? Want to learn more about the ecosystems in our area? Then come out with us this Saturday! No previous kayaking experience necessary!!

We have a 10% discount through the Monterey Bay Kayak Co as long as we pay ahead of time. We can reserve up to 15 slots (15 for Wetlands Club and 15 for Outdoor Club). It will cost $24/person, and we’ll ask if you pay in advance either through cash or venmo since we have to reserve in advance.

We will be meeting on Saturday at 9:30 am in front of the library and we will be out on the water from about 11 am to 2 pm and back by 3 pm. Please pack snacks and a lunch.
