To prepare us for our future roles to Be The Solution, we have the opportunity to explore the universal language of leadership. In this 90-minute workshop, participants will explore three key elements of leadership: 1) Adjusting Your Leadership Style to the Situation 2) Building and Rebuilding Trust 3) Creating a Values-based Team Culture Key takeaways will be the identification of your natural leadership preferred style, an assessment tool for measuring trust, and a formula for articulating shared values that motivate and inspire teams to succeed.
