Join us for a celebration of the 99th anniversary of the birth of the visionary Civil Rights icon, Malcolm X. On Sunday, May 19, we will show Spike Lee’s award-winning biopic, _Malcolm X_, in the Irvine Auditorium, and on Monday, May 20, Dr. Khuram Hussain, Vice President for Equity and Inclusion and Associate Professor of Education Studies at Middlebury College, will present a lecture, “The Muslim Roots of #BlackLivesMatter”. This is another collaboration between the Institutional JEDI Office and the Black Leaders and Allies Collaborative (BLAAC).
