MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Everything about this dance fitness program is explosive– movements are big, full-out, and our very best! As a licensed MixxedFit® instructor, Sarah combines original, easy-to-follow dance choreographies with bodyweight toning exercises to provide a dance-party-meets-HIIT group fitness experience.
