Schedule of Events:

•  2:00-2:15: Blue Zones Approval “ceremony”(Samson Patio)
  • 5 minute speech about BZP approval of the cafe
  • Certificate given to cafe
• 2:15-2:30: Chia pudding making demo with Cheyenne (Samson Cafe)
• 2:15-3:00: Ask Us Anything (AUA)–plant-forward Q&A with Jason, Leilani, Lauren
  • The AUA will be us in a booth where attendees can come up and ask us questions as they wish
  • TBD: Samples available of Impossible nuggets (or similar)
