Join us on Plant-based Expo Day at Samson Cafe for a special celebration of plant-forward dining! Come learn about The Blue Zones Project and we’ll recognize Samson Cafe’s Blue Zones Project approval. Then, stick around for a chia pudding-making demo and stop by our “Ask Us Anything” booth for a casual Q&A on The Blue Zones Project and plant-forward living. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, taste, and celebrate a healthier, more sustainable food future!
Schedule of Events:
- 2:00-2:15: Blue Zones Approval “ceremony”(Samson Patio)
- 5 minute speech about BZP approval of the cafe
- Certificate given to cafe
- 2:15-2:30: Chia pudding making demo with Cheyenne (Samson Cafe)
- 2:15-3:00: Ask Us Anything (AUA)–plant-forward Q&A with Jason, Leilani, Lauren
- The AUA will be us in a booth where attendees can come up and ask us questions as they wish
- TBD: Samples available of Impossible nuggets (or similar)
