The first step to preventing burnout in our personal, academic and professional lives is to identify its signs and symptoms. in this interactive session, participants will learn how to detect burnout triggers and discover ways to regain enthusiasm and life balance, such as pacing themselves at work, school and home while becoming more conscious of their needs and motivators. getting in touch with their physical and emotional needs will enhance their ability to maintain high performance without damaging their health.

This session is being offered by WellConnect provider Eva Geidt, under the auspices of the Office of Student Services.
