The QAAAM-odoro Method

A twist on the classic Pomodoro Method for maximizing human concentration to productive ends, QAAAM invites the MIIS Queer Community and our campus allies to a structured study hall. We will work through six 30-minute cycles that include 25 minutes of intensive silent work followed by 5 (and only 5!) minutes of camaraderie, guided stretching, and caffeinated hot beverages. We all have to study, but the QAAAM-odoro Method ensures that we are pushed to increased productivity in the company of a supportive community.
