Webinar “Leveraging Girls’ Education For a New Green Learning Agenda.”
A Talk Featuring Dr. Christina Kwauk
2021 William H. and Susanne S. Tyler Visiting Fellow in Residence

The climate crisis does not discriminate, yet it disproportionally affects the most marginalized, vulnerable members of society, particularly girls in developing countries.

The challenges of the climate crisis go well beyond reducing greenhouse gases, and require bold new ways to think, do, be, and communicate with others in the world.

This presentation focuses on how education is key to strengthening our collective capacity to address and tackle two of humanity’s most pressing problems: gender inequality and climate change across borders and cultures.

Registration required. For more information and to register: go.miis.edu/tyler2021.

Zoom webinar details will be provided after you register. Please note all times are in Pacific time.

The Tyler Visiting Fellowship is made possible by a gift from William H. and Susanne S. Tyler.
