UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon Address

The Monterey Institute welcomes United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, who will deliver an address titled “Advancing the Disarmament and Nonproliferation Agenda: Seeking Peace in an Over-armed World,” commenting on a range of disarmament and nonproliferation challenges facing the United Nations and the international community.
