Maggie has worked at the intersection of renewable technologies and cyber security for quite some time! She worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a Cyber Security Researcher in the Power and Energy Division from 2018 to 2021. She provided subject matter expertise on cyber/physical threats to energy assets including traditional generation and distribution as well as renewable energy systems, smart grid, micro grid environments, high-fidelity sensors, and transactive energy systems among many, many other things!
Now Maggie works at Scheider Electric as a Product Security Researcher as well as serving as the Director Elect at ISA communications Division where she provides support to the Energy Management Business by helping them understand impacted products, the impact of vulnerabilities to their customers and business, and developing roadmaps for remediation
She will be giving us a talk on managing supply risk for renewable technologies on Monday the 15th of November at 12:15 PST! Come and listen and bring any questions you may have for her!
