Barbados Blue: A Peace Corps Tale of Marine Preservation

Join us, along with the MIIS Sustainability Council, as we kick off Peace Corps Week 2024 by welcoming MIIS Professor and Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Patrick Cotter. He has more than 31 years of experience as an environmental scientist and international environmental specialist in managing domestic and international ocean programs for the United States Government. He’ll be presenting on the establishment of a marine protected area in Barbados during his Peace Corps Service. After his talk, there will be time for Q&A and light refreshments will be served.
