Dr. Brant Pearson brings over two decades of experience spanning the private and public sectors, where he has led teams, programs, and divisions in entrepreneurship, operations, strategic planning, and leadership. Dr. Pearson is dedicated to driving organizational success through innovative thinking and a forward-focused mindset, encapsulated in his guiding principle: “Simply put, I drive success.” As an educator, he emphasizes the practical application of theoretical concepts, bridging classroom learning with real-world implementation.
His diverse professional background spans numerous industries of all sizes and structures. He is also an entrepreneur himself. Dr. Pearson has served as an assistant dean, professor, and adjunct faculty member at institutions across the United States and internationally. A proud native of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Dr. Pearson embraces his Midwestern roots as a lifelong “Yooper.” After over a decade in Chicago, he now resides in Green Bay, Wisconsin (Go, Pack, Go)
