Javier Zamorano is a seasoned Localization Program Manager with a passion for bridging language and culture to create seamless user experiences. With over eight years of experience in the localization industry, he has grown from a translator to a leader managing diverse, multicultural teams. Currently overseeing localization at a school district in Orange County, CA., Javier spearheaded the adoption of the district’s first CAT and TMS tools, and manages projects in Russian, Mandarin, Farsi, and Turkish. He also partners with human resources to recruit top talent for the district’s Localization Team.
Areas of Interest
Javier has trained professionals across disciplines including Linguists, Project Managers, Marketers, and Engineers—on localization workflows, ensuring efficiency and cultural accuracy in every project. His strengths lie in problem-solving, attention to detail, and customizing workflows based on stakeholder needs. His goal is to create content that feels native to every audience.
Javier is dedicated to advancing global accessibility and user engagement. As a Localization Program Manager and musician, his work is driven by a singular mission: to create experiences that make people feel connected, whether through words or music.
