Areas of Interest

Amy’s interests lie in the in-between: understanding the nexus between security and technology; untangling the complexities of how different stakeholders or nation-states view “cybersecurity” or “national security;” bridging the divide between policymakers and technologists. She utilizes a combination of technical prowess and soft skills to cater messaging to different audiences in order to mobilize positive changes in security culture. Along those lines, Amy also seeks to motivate, inspire, and mentor younger generations to pursue careers in security and technology.
