Colleen Feng is a seasoned leader in localization and international product management, with over seven years of experience driving global growth strategies. Her work sits at the intersection of language, culture, and product development, focusing on how companies can scale authentically across diverse markets. She has been teaching since 2024.
She has served as Head of Localization at high-growth startups, such as Branch Metrics and has led international product strategy at global companies like Invitae and Adobe, where they launched region-specific growth initiatives and product-led expansion programs. Whether building localization infrastructure from the ground up, or advising on global growth and go-to-market plays, Colleen brings a unique blend of strategic vision and operational execution. In both teaching and working in industry, she explores how cross-border product decisions—spanning product strategy, language, and growth mechanics—can shape user experience and long-term engagement. Their work emphasizes practical applications, cross-functional collaboration, and ethical scaling in a global context.
