Jessica Kupper

With over 22 years of professional experience in higher education student affairs, Jess enjoys connecting with others and helping students chart their paths to personal and professional success. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jess has spent much of her life on the east coast, living in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, and for the last twenty years, has called Baltimore, Maryland home.

She is a firm believer in helping people make the most of their experience at the Middlebury Institute, taking advantage of the many opportunities offered at MIIS, as well as throughout the city of Monterey and beyond. Whether looking to pursue studies in person or online, Jess can assist students with planning their Institute experience in a way that aligns with their career goals. Jess has been with the Institute since March 2023 and works with both enrollment and residential life teams.
