Dr. Justina Glasker is a transformational leader, educator, and Certified Mindset Coach with over two decades of experience advancing equity and access in higher education. Her work centers on empowering students and institutions to navigate change through holistic leadership practices grounded in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and inclusion. At MIIS, she brings her deep expertise in educational leadership, organizational transformation, and strategic enrollment to the classroom, fostering a collaborative, student-centered environment.
Dr. Glasker’s scholarly and professional work is shaped by a commitment to mentoring underrepresented populations, with particular focus on women of color in academia. Her published research explores the dynamics of female-to-female mentorship in higher education leadership, and her career has spanned roles including dissertation chair, regional dean, and chief enrollment officer. Known for her intuitive leadership style and people-first approach, she supports future leaders in cultivating vision, resilience, and authenticity.
