Kenneth Hall is a highly effective development and alumni relations executive with 20+ years of higher education management experience, currently serving in a key role at an internationally recognized R1 university. As a proven and respected leader with the ability to inspire, guide and mentor, he is a principled team builder who works effectively to lead and motivate staff, build innovative programming, manage budgets and performance, and achieve goals by building trusting relationships throughout the organization and community. He is a skilled communicator accomplished in public speaking and presentation, and has experience working with domestic and international fundraisers using strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

He currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Development at Pennsylvania State University. He has been a Visiting Professor at the Middlebury Institute since 2015, teaching the Fundraising Methods and Strategy seminar. His community involvement includes previous roles as Vice President and Board Member of the Green Dragon Foundation, and he is a current Board Member of the Centre Foundation.
