I was born and raised in Korat, Thailand. I spent a lot of my childhood time reading and it started my interest about learning more about the world. I received a scholarship to finish my last two years of high school at the Li Po Chun United World College in Hong Kong. I found my passion and interest in human rights and education during my time in UWC, as it taught me how important it is to really learn from each other, especially in a setting where everybody has the same value. During my senior year, I received a full scholarship to take a bridge year with Global Citizen Year. I spent a year in Ecuador and worked at a local school as well as at the local government office, I learned so much more about the culture through its people and this made me value the way of learning from people even more, as this might be the easiest part that everybody can do in order to build a more peaceful future. Currently, I am an International Studies major at Luther College in Iowa.
