Assistant Director for Special Projects
As the Assistant Director for Special Projects I enjoy supporting organizational development projects and connecting resources across Middlebury campuses. I help support opportunities for professional development, including DiSC profile facilitation, manager training programs, one on one coaching, and a variety of workshops. I enjoy developing creative learning opportunities for the MIIS community. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in International Studies and French, and most recently lived in Chicago where I worked in the field of study abroad.
