CTEC Speaker Series – Facebook

Join us for the first CTEC Speaker Series of the spring semester with two Facebook employees. Our guests will be discussing what Facebook’s mission is as it relates to making its platform safe from dangerous organizations. They will also discuss policy decisions involved in creating a safe platform for its users and how they discover patterns of abuse on their site used by terrorist and extremist groups.
The talk will be held on February 10 from 12:15 – 1:45 PM in McGowan 102. Food will be provided by the Terrorism Studies Club. Hope to see you all there!
