The mission of the International Education Management (IEM) program is to help in-person and online students gain relevant skills and knowledge to design and facilitate meaningful and sustainable international and intercultural exchange in pursuit of a more just and equitable world.

Demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge in the field of international education by articulating and critiquing trends and research, engaging in current debates, and applying ethical frameworks and standards of good practice.

Program Design and Assessment
Design, implement, and assess learner-centered international education programming.
