Co-creativity at work

With the rise in multidisciplinary and “disruptive” approaches to problem solving, creativity has become recognized as an important asset in fields outside of the arts. This begs several questions:  What does it mean to be creative? Where does creativity come from? And how do we interact with others in our “cocreative” pursuits? A team of Middlebury Institute faculty and alumni (Professor Nükhet Kardam, Ioana Ghimus MAIPD ‘17, and Amy Nguyen MPA ‘17) are exploring these questions.

Join us for a workshop on Saturday, Feb. 24th (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.) where we will explore creativity in the workplace. Our team will be piloting exercises on how to tap into your creative energy and prepare yourself to cocreate with others. This workshop will equip you with skills for social innovation in a changing environment and how to tackle new and unexpected challenges.
