Areas of Interest

As an industry practitioner for almost a decade, Shen hopes to bring her experience to class, helping students hone their skills and add their value and insight in future job market. She believes that “what really makes a difference in the world is the ability to bring enthusiasm and compassion to an encounter between cultures, especially disparate ones”, and she hopes to see each student put their own dent in the universe through translation & interpretation.
