Advising Philosophy

As an advisor, I partner with students to help them attain their professional goals, leveraging the knowledge I have gained through my extensive experience in career services. I work with students to develop an individualized plan that strengthens their professional identity and identifies gaps in their skillsets or work experiences so they may implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve their career objectives. I feel especially honored to work with students from the Institute whose goals reflect their commitment to improve global conditions.
