Investigate case studies to analyze misunderstandings and build stronger engagement and relationships across cultures and for you in your work.

Explore models of leadership and leadership styles, teams and team dynamics, and the realities of working, communicating, and developing yourself and your colleagues interculturally. Building your individual capacity to observe, reflect, and analyze; seek out and absorb new knowledge and perspectives; connect and engage extemporaneously; and manage ongoing multifaceted projects.

Decrypting Cultures-Workplace 

Improve your ability to decrypt culture influences in our workplace and more effectively collaborate across borders. Learn to identify the conscious part of the culture which in turn influences our perspective of another culture.
