Director of Employer Relations
Bryce Craft is the Director of Employer Relations. His responsibilities include building and fostering partnerships with domestic and global employers for the purposes of serving as a resource and creating internship, volunteer, and job opportunities for the MIIS community.
Bryce has been recognized as a successful, dedicated, and driven sales and management professional. Prior to joining the MIIS staff in July 2016, he was a Senior District Manager at Kelly Services. As Senior District Manager, Bryce oversaw 8 staffing branches for which he was responsible for the overall performance of all aspects of financial and office management. Additionally, Bryce is the author of the book, Beating Retail: Never Pay Full Price.
Over the last several years, Bryce has built his career on one simple principal: Serve as a Resource. Whether it has been educating businesses on the job market and hiring trends, coaching his teams to attain both personal and professional growth, or volunteering through various programs, Bryce has a passion for helping people and a burning desire to serve as a true resource for his community and his profession. Ultimately, he wants to make a direct impact on people’s lives and truly make a difference.

In the first trip of its kind since the pandemic, over 60 Institute students and alumni visited Washington, D.C. for Career Week, with a set of them also providing mentorship to 11 Middlebury undergraduates.

The Government Accountability Office has named the Middlebury Institute a partner school, ensuring targeted outreach and recruiting of Institute students for internships that frequently result in job offers after graduation. The designation came about after extended collaboration with MIIS and Middlebury alumni employed at GAO.
