Lynn holds a BA in Geology from Barnard College, a BS in Mining Engineering from Columbia University, an MA in Law and Diplomacy with a focus on Economic Policy from The Fletcher School, Tufts University and an MBA with a focus on Technology Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Lynn has an impressive background in global leadership roles managing multinational teams. Her experience includes Chief of Operations for the Africa Region of Peace Corps, Chief of International Operations for Room to Read, and most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Thrive Networks, where she oversaw climate-focused programming in Southeast Asia and continues to serve as strategic advisor. Her prior experience includes the African Wildlife Foundation, Moving Water Industries, the International Rescue Committee, and the World Bank.
