Receiving your money

Your student loans will be credits to your student account after you have completed the necessary loan disbursement requirements and the number of credits that you are registered for matches the number of credits you were packaged for. If you accepted student loans in excess of tuition and fees to be used for living expenses, you will receive a refund of the credit balance on your student account. To avoid delays to your refund, we encourage you to enroll in direct deposit through your Nelnet Campus Commerce account. Once logged in to Nelnet, you can access Student Choice Refund to enroll in direct deposit by clicking Manage Refunds, and then Enroll in Refunds. If you do not enroll in direct deposit, a paper check will be processed and sent to the mailing address on file with the Institute. You can add or confirm your mailing address in BannerWeb.

If you are not receiving financial aid, or if the amount you will be receiving does not cover your tuition balance, you must pay the difference by 4:00 pm on the first day of classes.
