The Middlebury Institute community is mourning the sudden loss of nonproliferation and terrorism studies student Michael (Mike) Donnelly. Mike was a “much loved” and integral part of the Institute’s Center on Terrorism, Extremism, and Counterterrorism (CTEC) team, “a natural leader who brought out the best in his colleagues.”
