Summer Symposium on China

The Monterey Trialogue will launch a Summer Symposium on China in August 2025. Approximately twelve graduate students and twenty leading experts on China (about half from China) will spend two weeks in Harbin, Changchun, and the Changbai mountain area, exploring the history of the region, as well as Chinese relations with Russia, North Korea, and the United States.
