Assistant Professor David Wick is one of the editors of the Virtual Issue on Diversity and Inclusion in Education Abroad published by Frontiers: The Interdisciplinary Journal of Study Abroad.

International Education Management Assistant Professor David Wick is one of the editors of a new virtual issue of Frontiers: The Interdisciplinary Journal of Study Abroad dedicated to diversity and inclusion in education abroad.

Wick is one of the leaders in the international education field on issues of diversity and inclusion, which is the focus of this virtual issue. Frontiers has been publishing scholarship on issues related to diversity and inclusion in the field since 1995 and the new virtual issue guest edited by Wick, Eduardo Contreras, Lily Lopez-McGee, and Tasha Willis highlights some important works and draws attention to gaps in the research as well. The guest editors prepared this virtual issue to accompany the call for articles for the special issue of the journal on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in Education Abroad to be published in 2020. 

Associate Professor Paige Butler is the author of one of the articles featured in this virtual issue, which is on undocumented student participation in education abroad.
