Middlebury Institute James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies Senior Fellow Miles A. Pomper and Graduate Research Assistant Vasilii Tuganov published an article in The Conversation about nuclear weapons and their locations around the world.

Both Russia and the U.S. have thousands of nuclear weapons with sites that span the globe, according to Pomper and Tuganov, and they are joined by other countries that have their own nuclear arsenals.
