Join Ed Laurance, Professor Emeritus at MIIS, as he explores the methods by which legal and legitimate weapons and ammunition are diverted to illicit use, and how this knowledge can be used in anti-proliferation policy and strategy.

The talk will occur on March 5th from 12:15 PM - 1:45 PM in McGowan 102. Food will be provided, courtesy of the Terrorism Studies Club. Hope to see you there!
