Longline fisheries around the world have been fighting an uphill battle against whales, which consume and damage their fish catches. Nick Rahaim IEP ’22 recently wrote an article for Hakai Magazine describing how these intelligent creatures continue to outwit fishers’ and scientists’ attempts to keep the whales at bay.
