North Korea’s military recently paraded a range of weapons through the capital, and leader Kim Jong Un pledged to ramp up nuclear arms development. Lewis commented that North Korea has been “marching through” a list of weapons modernizations and predicts that this period of tests and tensions will continue for approximately another year.
