For most Monterey Institute students, summer is a time of professional development mixed in with a healthy dose of adventure, as internships, language training, research opportunities and fellowships take students around the world.
“You could say it is any MPA’s dream project,” says Monterey Institute alumnus Craig Middleton of his leading role in the creation and running of the Presidio Trust.
This summer 43 Frontier Market Scouts will be working with social entrepreneurs in 15 countries as part of this unique Monterey Institute-sponsored program that provides professionals and students with academic and in-the-field training in the field of social impact investing.
