Robert Rogowsky

Who’s Who Legal has named Middlebury Institute Professor Robert Rogowsky, co-chair of the school’s Trade and Economic Diplomacy program, to its Trade and Customs – Economists and Anti-Dumping Consultants list. This honor recognizes Rogowsky as one of 37 professionals globally who are “highly recommended for their excellent work advising clients on trade policy, anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings and related litigation.”

As the former chief economist of the U.S. International Trade Commission and an internationally recognized authority on trade issues, Rogowsky provides expert testimony on topics related to international trade, including safeguards, trade remedies and Section 337 issues (such as domestic industry, public interest and remedies). Like many Middlebury Institute faculty members, Rogowsky is both a teacher and a practitioner.
