Summer 2025

May 19–August 29 Summer Term
May 30 Deadline to ADD full-term summer course (10th day).  Last day for 100% refund, 50% refund on or after May 31 (until next deadline). Late fees added to all unpaid tuition accounts.
June 13 Deadline to DROP full-term summer course (20th day). Last day for 50% refund, 10% withdrawal refund on or after June 14 (until next deadline).
July 18 Last day to withdraw from a full-length summer course (45th day) for a 10% refund. No refunds after this date.
July 18 Deadline to ADD or DROP second-half term course
September 5 Summer Grades Due 

Fall 2025

August 25–29 Welcome Week
September 1 Labor Day holiday
September 2 Classes convene. Tuition due (1st day)
September 15 Deadline to add full-length fall course (10th day). Deadline to ADD and DROP first-half semester fall course. Last day for 100% refund, 50% refund on or after September 16 (until next deadline). Late fees added to all unpaid tuition accounts. 
September 29 Last day to drop full-length fall course (20th day). Last day for 50% refund, 10% withdrawal refund on or after September 30 (until next deadline).
October 11–14 Fall Break
October 21 First half of semester ends
October 22 Second half of semester begins
November 4 Deadline to ADD and DROP second-half semester fall course.
November 5 Last day to withdraw from a full-length fall course (45th day) for a 10% refund. No refunds after this date.
November 26–November 30 Thanksgiving recess
December 12 Last day of classes
December 13 Winter Commencement
January 5 Fall grades due

February 20 Last day to DROP full-length spring course (20th day). Last day for 50% refund, 10% withdrawal refund on or after February 21 (until next deadline).
March 14–22 Spring Break
March 24 First half of semester ends
March 25 Second half of semester begins
April 3 Last day to withdraw from a full-length spring course (45th day) for a 10% refund. No refunds after this date.
April 7 Deadline to ADD and DROP second-half semester spring course.
May 15 Last day of classes
May 16 Spring Commencement
May 29 Spring grades due

Workshops and other brief courses may be added or dropped until 4 p.m. on the last business day one week before they begin. Without an official drop, tuition remains due and the appropriate grade will be assigned.
