The Sustainable Blue Economy Conference is being co-hosted by Kenya and Canada in Nairobi, Kenya, November 26-28th, 2018. This article references the Center for the Blue Economy’s definition of a “Sustainable Blue Economy,” in reference to obstacles Uganda faces to make the Blue Economy a reality in that country.
