Jason Blazakis discusses Antifa with Cedar Rapids, Iowa ABC news affiliate KCRG.
He notes that Antifa is not like other extremist groups, as it is a movement rather than an organisation and thus lacks a hierarchy or clear command structure.
In response to fears over Antifa violence, Blazakis states, “I would just say if I’m an individual living in Iowa, I’d be more concerned, and I think the statistics bare this out, of being an individual that suffers because of a mass shooting carried out by an individual that may have right-leaning sympathies.”
