CTEC Director and Middlebury Institute of International Studies Professor Jason Blazakis recently with the Daily Dot about Trump’s plans to designate Antifa as a terrorist group pursuant to U.S. law. Director Blazakis explained that the there are not any existing legal tools for President Trump to act on his threat and if he tries to use an executive order, it will likely falter under legal scrutiny.
