CTEC Director discussed with KSBW, Channel 8 Salinas, the recent murder of a Santa Cruz Deputy Police officer. The ambush, allegedly carried out by Steven Carrillo, is reminiscent of a planned ambush of a police officer in Arkansas earlier this year by a member of the Boogaloo Movement.
