CTEC Director Jason Blazakis speaks about the Islamic State at Carmel Valley Manor

CTEC Director and Middlebury Institute Professor Jason Blazakis recently spoke at Carmel Valley Manor about the Islamic State and the various tools available to counterterrorism practitioners for combating the group.


Professor Blazakis also spoke about CTEC and its areas of focus including threat financing, sanctions and special operations.
