Cape Town Trialogue 2024

In late November 2024, the Monterey Trialogue will host a 3-day closed conference in Cape Town, South Africa. Approximately 35 experts and ex-officials from the USA, Russia, China, and South Africa will investigate their countries’  relationship from a global perspective and in the context of the African continent.
