Middlebury Institute nonproliferation studies experts Sarah Bidgood and Nomsa Ndongwe recently provided insight into gender representation within the nuclear policy field at a panel hosted by Harvard’s Project on Managing the Atom.

On October 29, Harvard’s Project on Managing the Atom hosted a panel discussion titled “Pipelines and Ceilings: The Gender Gap in Nuclear Policy,” featuring Middlebury Institute experts Sarah Bidgood and Nomsa Ndongwe. Bidgood is director of the Eurasia Nonproliferation Program at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS), and Ndongwe is a research associate at CNS as well as an assistant director of the Institute’s enrollment team.
