Beginning Fall 2022, enrolled Middlebury Institute students will have access to a remote care option called TimelyCare. It provides 24/7 access to urgent and non-urgent medical and mental health care.
In Fall 2022 we will launch TimelyCare. More detailed information will be posted here later this summer. For now, here is a list of what you will have access to with this new service*:
Medical - on-demand access to a medical provider via telephone to treat a wide range of common illnesses like cold and flu, sinus infection, allergies and more. Available to all enrolled students when they are in the United States.
TalkNow - on-demand access to a mental health professional to talk about anything at any time. Available to all enrolled students no matter their location**.
Scheduled Counseling - scheduled options to speak to a licensed counselor of your choice on a day and time that works for your schedule. Available to all enrolled students when they are in the United States.
Health Coaching - access to a nutritional specialist to help students adopt healthier lifestyle behaviors. Available to all enrolled students when they are in the United States.
*Please note that some of these will have service limits.
