Associate Professor Moyara Ruehsen and CTEC Director Jason Blazakis presented “New Threats” Terrorism and Cybercrimes” at Middlebury Institute WorldViews Speaker Series.
This year’s theme “Threats, Identity, and Politics: Perspectives on New Global Realities” drew upon Director Blazakis’s terrorism financing and Professor Ruehsen’s cybercrime expertise. Topics discussed included the Lazarus Group, cryptocurrency money laundering, and darknet crowdfunding.
