After transitioning to working from home, Middlebury Institute staff member Naomi Braswell started making masks in her spare time. She has now made over 300 masks, shipping them across the country and even overseas.
In just over one week, the Middlebury Institute community joined together to raise over $27,000 for the creation of a special Student Emergency Fund to help meet unexpected financial needs caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
